By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Process

To complete a reservation, the guest must:

  • Select check-in and check-out dates
  • Choose number of guests
  • Provide personal information (full name, email, phone, country)
  • Submit special requests (optional)
  • Choose a payment method (full payment or deposit)
  • Accept the Privacy Policy and these Booking Terms

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

2. Payment Options

You may choose:

a) Full Payment Online

The entire amount is paid during booking.

b) Deposit Payment + Pay on Arrival

You pay a deposit online and the remaining balance during check-in. The deposit amount and remaining balance are clearly displayed during booking.

3. Confirmation Email & Booking Page

After payment, you receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A link to your personal booking page
  • Details about your stay, payment summary, check-in instructions, and villa information

You are responsible for checking your confirmation details and notifying us of any errors.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are clearly shown during the booking process.

We offer self check-in for your convenience. Before your arrival, you will receive:

  • Key box pin code
  • Key box location
  • Gate remote controller information
  • Wi-Fi password

For a smoother arrival, guests are required to upload an identification document through our website during self check-in. Uploaded documents are securely stored and protected.

5. Cancellation Policy

All payments, including deposits and full payments, are non-refundable. Please make sure all booking details are correct before completing your reservation.

6. Number of Guests

The number of guests must match the details provided at booking.

Additional guests may:

  • need approval
  • incur extra charges
  • be refused access if not reported

7. House Rules

Guests agree to:

  • Respect the property and neighborhood
  • Keep noise levels reasonable
  • Avoid parties unless approved
  • Follow check-out instructions
  • Report damages immediately

The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Injuries resulting from misuse of the property
  • Force majeure events (weather, power outages, etc.)

Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.

9. Personal Data & Privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you must accept before booking.
