Discover the journey of Xenia Villa — a traditional Greek home with breathtaking sea views, lovingly restored to offer both heritage and comfort.
Xenia Villa was originally built in 1979 by a local Zakynthian family who chose this hillside location for one reason — the view. Overlooking the Ionian Sea, the home was designed to embrace the natural beauty of Argassi while offering a peaceful retreat for generations to come.
Constructed using traditional and methods, the house featured stone walls, arched windows, and wooden shutters — a reflection of classic Greek coastal architecture.
In 2025, after decades of cherished family use, the villa underwent a complete restoration. Our goal was clear: preserve the soul of the house while enhancing comfort and style for modern travelers. Original work was carefully cleaned and sealed, wooden beams were restored, and the layout was subtly updated to create spacious, light-filled interiors.
We added elegant bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and upgraded all infrastructure — from insulation to air conditioning — without compromising the villa's authentic character.
“This house holds our memories, and now we are ready to share it with you.”
